Fundraising Events & News Family Reunion Silent Auction On behalf of the SJA Outreach Committee I would like to thank everyone very much for their support and generous contributions to Dylan’s Dream during the month of June. Our time in the commons area proved to be very productive. Many items were received (from the tags) to assemble the "Smiles-In-A-Box" and the "Parent Care Packages". A drop off box will be available in the commons for any last minute items purchased (from the tags) and will continue to be available into the month of July for your convenience. We received $308.00 in cash donations, sold a total of 26 Cookbooks and between the church and the school received a little over 100 cell phones for our recycling fundraiser program. Due to the exposure received while in the commons area Dylan’s Dream was also very blessed to become the new philanthropy of a wonderful company "Baker Roofing" owned and operated by one of our parishioners. If you have old Cell Phones, Digital Camera's, PDA's, Lap Top Computer's or even used printer cartridges that you are about to throw into the trash -WAIT- they can all be used as part of our recycling fundraiser. Please send an email to dylansdream@cox.net or kimberlyagren@cox.net so that you can donate these items and arrangements can be made to get the devices to my location. Older used cell phones that cannot be reused, and thus do not have any economic value, are recycled in accordance with state and federal EPA guidelines. EcoPhones utilizes Recycle Alliance of America, a subsidiary of Waste Management as its e-waste recycling agent. EcoPhones maintains ‘Certificates of Destruction’ documentation on file. Used cell phones that have an economic value are refurbished and reused in markets utilizing compatible wireless technologies such as North and South America. Reuse reduces the depletion of our Earth's finite resources. The proceeds from the resale of these used cell phones enables EcoPhones to continually expand its recycling efforts and provide less fortunate people a means of obtaining an inexpensive cellular phone.

Baker Roofing
Employees Raise money to support children with cancer and their families
The employees at "Baker Roofing Company" are doing wonderful things in support of Dylan's Dream.
On December 22, 2005, the employees of Baker Roofing presented me with a check for $2,720.00. They held bake sales, biscuit and gravy breakfast's, raffles and much more throughout the year to raise money for Dylan's Dream. I can't say enough about these incredible people who have unselfishly given so much of themselves to help children with cancer.
